Rowan Displays has always provided its customers with the highest level of service. All our products are bespoke (made to order) and we ensure that all goods are produced to the highest standard. Our website is easy to use and completely secure, so you can feel confident in placing your order online for our attention.
Products which can be added to our online shopping cart should be ordered online only. Immediately after placing an online order you will receive an e-mail confirmation. Other products can be ordered by email, post, fax or telephone. All cancellations of orders must be placed within 24 hours from time of order.
Shipping / Delivery
For online orders the total delivery charge will be displayed on checkout which depends on the amount of items ordered and destination. All online orders are sent via royal mail recorded delivery which can be tracked. All items delivered within the UK are sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery. For all online orders please allow up to 28 days for delivery. The general delivery timescale for other orders is 4-6 weeks, however, this is negotiable.
For all online orders your payment details will be taken via our secure online shop, payment will only be taken from your card when we process your order manually, upon doing so an email will be sent to you confirming receipt of payment and to notify you that your order has been processed. All our products are made to order upon a customers special requirements and payment is required before production, extended terms by agreement only. We can accept payment by credit or debit card which can include Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Electron, JCB. Payment can also be made by cheque or BACS.
Privacy and Security
We want you to shop with us with total confidence. All personal information is transferred from our website into our secure database. Our secure server software fully encrypts all you personal information including your credit/debit card number and your name and address.
Products should be checked immediately upon receipt of delivery. Goods can only be returned if faulty or damaged in any way and should be returned back to us within 7 days of delivery, we will refund any postal/carriage costs.
Damaged / Faulty Goods
We take every effort to ensure that our products reach you in a correct and perfect condition. However, should you receive any products which are incorrect or in less than perfect condition please return the goods to us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange for a refund or exchange within 30 days, any postal/carriage costs will also be refunded.
How to Return Exchange
Please keep all packaging and return the goods as they were sent to you. Include your name, address, telephone number and whether you would like a replacement or refund. For card refunds please note that refunds can only be given to the original payer.
